Um I do and I dont. Lets say I know that I will be at the gym+school from like 7am till 10pm I will try to bring food with me something like salad, protein bar, fruits or  w/e to keep me full. If I go to the gym and I know that I’ll be able to go home after class I just bring something to snack on after my workout.  When it comes to working out it depends on if I go to the gym or I dont. When I do, I love to do cardio so I would do anything from 3-8 miles of cardio, after cardio is done I’ll go to lift some weights, do some squads, do some leg work. If I end up not going to the gym then I just do 30 day shred workout if its a good day I do 2 sets of them if not ill stick with 1 set and then add few more steps to it.
